If you received Financial Support last year you are still required to complete a new application for 2024-25. Please use your current log in details to start a new application. You are not required to register again.
New students are required to register. To do this you will need your STUDENT ID NUMBER. If you are applying before Enrolment please email [email protected] to request this. If you apply after your enrolment appointment, your student number will be on your QM Student ID card which will be issued to you at enrolment. 2nd Year students who wish to apply for the first time will also be required to register. If your admission number begins with an O please ensure you type the letter O in capitals and not a zero. The portal is case sensitive and will not accept incorrect details. Once registered you will be asked to validate your account. A link will be sent to the email address you registered with. Please check your spam/junk folder if you do not receive the link.

Applications will only be assessed once all sections are complete. It can take up to 20 working days to process an application, especially at busy times. Please ensure you are able to make your way into College if your application has not been assessed/approved prior to the start of term. We are unable to fund travel costs whilst an application is being processed, and unable to offer refunds, even if approved for support.
If you wish to travel on one of our direct College buses, please apply for a bus pass and tick the box which says you are applying for a bursary. You will be allocated a seat and will not need to pay anything at the time of booking. Free College Meals - Please apply directly to Hampshire County Council - https://www.cloudforedu.org.uk/ofsm/fe-apply If eligible, the College will be informed directly. Eligibility does not automatically be carried forward from school to college.
